Job summary

McAllister Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare company for a Territory Account Manager. You will own your region (Beds, Bucks, Hampshire, Northants) and build lasting relationships with NHS procurement teams, clinicians in community and hospital settings, and drive formulary pull through.

You should have at least 3 years of medical device sales experience; the role offers a £40,000–£45,000 base salary, a £12,800 annual bonus, £500 monthly car allowance, 25 days’ holiday

Qualifications

• 3+ years Sales experience in the medical device industry
• Experience with formulary processes and NHS landscape preferred
• Strong relationship-building and data interpretation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage Relationships with NHS Procurement, Tissue Viability and Community nurses
• Achieve KPI's for the territory
• Drive the formulary pull through and increase market share
• Undertake regular analyse performance data to improve share of voice with customers
• Monitor competitor activity and NHS landscape and work streams
