Position Overview

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration across your assigned region in the UK. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical expertise and tailored solutions. This role requires a blend of scientific knowledge, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Identify and engage new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotech, and chemical sectors.
  3. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular visits, technical consultations, and product demonstrations.
  4. Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  5. Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  6. Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and seminars to promote brand visibility and thought leadership.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of technical sales experience.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  6. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
