Job summary

Agricultural and Farming Jobs is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for East England & Scotland. This home-based role covers a £2 million+ sales territory, with regular travel to dealers, farmers and events across the region.

The role focuses on growing agricultural machinery sales, expanding dealer networks and delivering customer support, training and demonstrations. Applicants should have proven agri-machine sales experience and be willing to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in agricultural machinery sales, territory management or dealer development.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery and farming operations.
• Successful track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good commercial awareness and ability to manage dealer relationships.
• Self-motivated, organised and confident working independently.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop agricultural machinery sales across East England and Scotland.
• Build strong relationships with existing dealerships and develop new dealer partnerships.
• Achieve annual sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Support dealers with machinery demonstrations, product training and customer enquiries.
• Develop relationships with farmers, growers and agricultural contractors.
• Manage sales forecasts, dealer performance and CRM activity.
• Attend agricultural exhibitions, demonstrations and industry events.
• Work closely with internal sales, marketing and product support teams.
