Job summary

McCurrach, part of Avidity, seeks a Key Account Representative/Territory Manager covering Swindon, Reading & Newbury. You will build relationships with forecourt, convenience & grocery decision makers, drive sales and educate staff on the client’s product portfolio while ensuring product availability and compliance.

This permanent, full-time role offers a £27,500–£29,000 salary plus performance bonus, a company car and fuel card, and a comprehensive benefits package in a fast-paced field sales

Qualifications

• Experience working in field sales or similar role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Excellent time management and territory planning.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no bans).
• Be self-motivated and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Drive sales by educating staff on product portfolio.
• Ensure products are available and compliant in forecourt and grocery channels.
