Job summary

McCurrach, part of Avidity, is seeking a Key Account Representative/Territory Manager to cover Newport, Hereford and Worcester. You will build strong relationships with forecourt, convenience and grocery channel decision makers to drive sales and ensure product availability.

This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary (£27,500–£29,000), a performance bonus, a company car and fuel card, plus a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and influencing stakeholders.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent time management and territory planning.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points, no bans).
• Merchandising or POS execution experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in forecourt, convenience & grocery channels.
• Drive sales by educating staff and decision makers on the client’s product portfolio.
• Ensure products are available and compliant.
