Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking an Area Sales Manager to own a largely untapped Midlands and North Wales territory. You will open doors, build relationships and develop new business across NHS and private hospitals, shaping the territory from the ground up.

You’ll sell a broad portfolio of medical equipment, develop a strong pipeline, and travel regionally to secure opportunities with procurement teams and clinical departments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new business and creating your own pipeline.
• Experience selling medical devices or capital equipment is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and valid passport required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across Midlands and North Wales territories.
• Build relationships with NHS and private hospitals and stakeholders.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
• Manage opportunities and negotiate contracts through NHS procurement processes.
