Job summary

Teya is seeking a field-based sales professional based in Surrey to own and grow a defined territory. You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive business growth with consultative, value-led sales.

Responsibilities include meeting KPIs, engaging prospects via outbound outreach, and developing knowledge of Teya's products. You will coach others and represent the brand with integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven quota attainment in a field sales role.
• Strong prospecting discipline and pipeline management.
• Excellent negotiation capability and commercial judgement.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Meet KPIs with minimal guidance and maintain CRM records.
• Outreach to prospective customers within territory; networking and referrals.
• Meet customers face-to-face to understand needs and build trust.
• Expand reach into new segments and win high-value, multi-location clients.
• Develop knowledge across products and support junior sales agents.
