Teya is seeking a field-based sales professional in the Midlands to join a rapidly growing sales organisation. You will identify and engage prospective customers, meet business owners to understand their needs, and recommend Teya products and solutions.

The role focuses on building relationships and hitting performance targets in a fast-scaling business. No strict sales track record is required; hunger, coachability and a willingness to learn are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your defined territory through outreach and face to face meetings.
• Meet business owners to understand their needs and propose relevant Teya products and solutions.
• Learn and apply Teya's value-led sales methodology to win new business and hit targets.
• Develop long-term customer relationships to support growth and retention.
• Develop product knowledge through our training programme and share field insights to improve products and customer experience.
• Represent Teya as a credible, values-led ambassador within your territory.
• Build positive, long-term relationships that support growth and retention.
