Job summary

Teya is seeking a results-driven field-based sales professional to join our rapidly growing sales organisation in the South East. You’ll build relationships with local business owners, understand their needs, and promote Teya’s financial platform designed for cafés, restaurants, salons and shops.

You don’t need a proven sales track record; we hire for potential, coachability and hunger. Expect structured onboarding, hands-on coaching and a clear path to develop valuable commercial skills within

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Hunger, coachability and willingness to learn are essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Based in the South East and able to work in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers within defined territory through outreach, networking, referrals and face-to-face meetings.
• Meet business owners to understand needs and recommend Teya products and solutions.
• Apply Teya's value-led sales methodology to win new business and hit targets.
• Develop long-term customer relationships to support growth and retention.
• Gain product knowledge through structured training and share field insights to improve products and customer experience.
• Represent Teya professionally and credibly in the territory.
