Job summary

Teya is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover Chichester and surrounding areas. This fully field-based role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, plus a £800 monthly car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will own your territory, build relationships with local business owners and drive new Member growth across the UK. In this role, you’ll manage your own community presence, demonstrate how Teya’s payment and business tools can help local businesses thrive, and

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work in a fully field-based role, travelling regularly throughout your territory.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory by proactively identifying and engaging local businesses through face-to-face prospecting, networking and referrals to generate new business.
• Build meaningful relationships with business owners, understand their challenges and show how Teya’s solutions can help.
• Win new Members using a consultative, value-led approach to turn conversations into long-term relationships.
• Deliver results by maintaining a healthy pipeline and achieving commercial targets.
• Guide Members from first contact through onboarding to ensure a smooth setup and successful use of Teya.
• Continuously learn about our products, competitors and sales methodology through training and feedback.
• Represent Teya as a trusted ambassador in your local community, delivering genuine care and hospitality.
• Share field insights to help improve products, sales approach and Member experience.
