Teya is hiring a Field Sales Representative to cover Sevenoaks and surrounding areas. This fully field-based role lets you own your territory, meet local business owners face-to-face and demonstrate how Teya's payments and business tools can help them grow.

You'll build a strong pipeline, manage relationships from initial contact to onboarding, and work with a supportive team. Expect a competitive package including base salary, uncapped commissions, car allowance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work in a fully field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory with face-to-face prospecting.
• Build relationships with local business owners.
• Win new Members through consultative selling.
• Deliver results with a healthy pipeline.
• Onboard Members and ensure successful setup.
• Learn products, competitors and sales methodology.
• Represent Teya with hospitality in the community.
• Share field insights to improve products and processes.
