Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Executive to represent Nestlé across major retailers in the UK. You will champion brand visibility, enhance in-store execution, and use insights to boost performance across your Shropshire & Black Country territory.

Ideal candidates may have FMCG or field sales experience, with GCSEs and strong communication. A full UK driving licence is required, and a company car is provided.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths are required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport.
• Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using 360 and Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of retail systems and promotional execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store visits to deliver core KPIs.
• Create standout in-store displays and interventions to drive incremental sales.
• Build strong relationships with store colleagues for space and displays.
• Ensure flawless execution of promotions and product launches.
• Capture data and report activities through 360.
• Provide feedback on competitor behaviour and market trends.
