Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a driven Field Sales Executive to represent Nestlé Grocery across the Shropshire & Black Country territory, covering Shrewsbury, Telford, Ludlow, Hereford, Cannock, Wolverhampton and Bridgnorth. You will champion brand visibility, maximise in-store execution, and use insights to boost performance across your patch.

No fixed years of sales experience are required; we value attitude, energy and potential.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store visits to deliver KPIs.
• Create in-store displays and drive incremental sales.
• Build relationships with store teams to secure space.
• Ensure promotions and product launches are executed correctly.
• Capture data and report activities using 360.
