Acosta Europe is looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to represent Nestlé across Shropshire & Black Country territory. You’ll cover Shrewsbury, Telford, Ludlow, Hereford, Cannock, Wolverhampton and Bridgnorth, delivering in-store visibility and strong retailer relationships.

This permanent role offers base salary plus commission and company car benefits. You don’t need years of sales experience—attitude, energy, and potential matter most.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths completed.
• Experience or understanding of retail systems and promotional execution.
• Proven ability to build rapport with store colleagues and managers.

Responsabilités

• Complete daily store visits across the territory to meet KPIs.
• Create standout in-store displays and drive incremental sales.
• Build strong relationships with store staff to secure space and displays.
• Ensure promotions and product launches are executed accurately.
