We are excited to announce a new Sales Representative role with a client dedicated to advancing dermatology care! Our client seeks a sales representative responsible for increasing sales and market share with pharmacies for its innovative and popular product.

Our client is looking for someone with:

  • Excellent sales experience, especially in relationship building, closing customers, and handling objections with pharmacy customers
  • Experience working toward KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills
  • University degree preferred but not essential
  • Enterprising, enthusiastic self-starter, adaptable to change
  • Experience selling to pharmacists and pharmacy staff (not essential)
  • FMCG experience (not essential)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Using sales skills to increase sales and market share in pharmacies within your territory to meet annual sales targets
  • Conducting product knowledge and sales training for pharmacists and staff
  • Gaining agreement to recommend products by influencing pharmacists' habits
  • Negotiating to increase product availability and OTC sales in pharmacies
  • Negotiating shelf space for better store locations and planning off-location displays with major accounts
  • Collaborating with your Medical Sales partner to organize key events promoting pharmacy growth
  • Working with the Key Account Representative to sell into major pharmacy groups
  • Attending trade shows and conferences
