John Deere Financial UK is seeking an Area Sales Manager for East and South East England. This field-based role covers dealer network management, training on financing products, and driving sales targets across the territory.

You will travel regularly to dealers and events, building strong relationships with dealers, branch managers and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a business/finance degree, at least one year in agriculture, turf or banking, and proven sales and negotiation

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Management or Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 1 year in Agricultural, Groundscare, Construction or Banking/Financial Services.
• Knowledge of Ag & Turf equipment and dealer channel.
• Proven customer service and sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Good communication, numeracy and literacy.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and organised with minimum supervision.
• Willingness to travel to Langar Notts and regional offices.

Responsabilités

• Manage dealer sales network within territory.
• Lead training on financing/leasing products within territory.
• Support dealers to achieve sales targets and manage defaults.
• Provide representation and feedback in agriculture community meetings and events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and Branch Territory Business Managers.
• Feedback to product teams during Digitalisation program.
• Live in/near territory and travel regularly to dealers.
