Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service to guests at the Terrace restaurant and bar.
• Provide product knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell items.
• Maintain bar standards, inventory, cleanliness and organisation.
• Handle cash and end-of-shift reconciliations accurately.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
