Carden Park Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to lead a busy bar and terrace team. The role requires 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a salary of £27,000 per annum plus service charge and extensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support management with daily bar and terrace operations.
• Supervise and coordinate the team during service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and premium drinks.
• Maintain knowledge of menus to assist guests and take orders.
• Deliver high standards of service and guest care.
• Prepare and close down bars and event spaces after service.
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales through product knowledge.
