This role provides essential administrative support across Procurement, Company Vehicle Administration, Terminal Services, and Maintenance activities, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the terminal. Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and service providers, the post holder will coordinate purchasing processes, maintain accurate records, support financial administration, and help ensure compliance with company procedures while delivering a high standard of customer service.

With strong communication skills, you are confident building positive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and contractors, and are able to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
