Job summary

ABM UK at Heathrow Airport is seeking a seasoned Terminal Operations Manager to lead passenger support services, optimise performance and foster collaboration with airlines and stakeholders. This role requires directing across terminals to ensure consistent, high-quality service while living the ABM values and maintaining safety standards.

You will drive a culture of continuous improvement, manage a team of professionals, and oversee budgeting, governance and risk mitigation to deliver

Qualifications

• Airside pass required and 5-year background check.
• Strong leadership and results orientation.
• Flexible and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication at all levels.
• Full driving license.
• Experience in PRS operations and achieving contract goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead PRM activities and ensure staffing levels meet service needs.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and ECAC.
• Drive continuous improvement across the terminal.
• Develop and motivate the Service Delivery team.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and airport authorities.
