Job summary

North Walsham Junior School is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learning in the classroom. You will deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions and help pupils progress across the curriculum.

The post is permanent, term-time plus one week, 31.25 hours per week, with a salary range around the local LBR and within the federation framework. Start date is as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the learning and development of children in classroom settings.
• Ability to deliver interventions both 1:1 and in small groups.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Support the learning and development of children within the classroom.
• Deliver interventions to individuals and small groups as required.
• Contribute to planning and assessing pupil progress and wellbeing.
