Job summary

Foxford School, part of Castle Phoenix Trust, is seeking a Student Support Facilitator to provide academic and pastoral support within a busy school environment. The role emphasises behaviour support and strong student relationships.

You will work 30.5 hours per week during term time (plus 5 training days), 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a focus on SEN needs and supporting teaching staff in delivering lessons.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children.
• Understanding of how to motivate students to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and pastoral support to specific students or groups within the school.
• Offer a specialism in behaviour support to help students achieve their best.
• Cover lessons when teachers are absent.
