Job summary

Pink Tile Education Ltd in Basingstoke is seeking a dedicated Behaviour & Inclusion Support Assistant to help pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs. The role is based at a specialist SEND school, Monday to Friday, term-time only, with a long-term commitment for the academic year.

You will support students to build confidence, resilience and positive relationships, working closely with teachers and support staff to implement learning and wellbeing plans.

Qualifications

• Resilient, empathetic and adaptable.
• Experience in education, care, youth work or support work is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passionate about supporting young people.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils within the classroom and around the school.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement.
• Helping students regulate emotions and build confidence.
• Working alongside teachers and support staff.
• Supporting individual learning and wellbeing plans.
