Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting an SEMH Teaching Assistant for a specialist SEN setting in Lutterworth. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEMH needs, helping them engage with learning and regulate their emotions.

We are seeking a calm, patient and resilient candidate who can build trusted relationships, support consistent boundaries, and work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a nurturing, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEMH needs.
• Ability to support emotional regulation and behaviour.
• Calm, patient and empathetic approach.
