Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEMH, trauma, anxiety or autism.
• Calm, patient and nurturing approach.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, including those who have experienced trauma.

Responsibilities

• Support children with SEMH, trauma, anxiety and autism in the classroom.
• Support emotional regulation and social development through calm, supportive interaction.
• Assist with accessing learning and engaging in classroom activities and routines.
• Develop independence and positive relationships with pupils under supervision.
