Qualifikationen

• Hands-on craft with fresh ingredients delivering quality food
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and inspire a high-performing kitchen team
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices

• Assist with managing and improving controllable costs (stock, food, labour)
• Supervise, coach, train and inspire your kitchen team
• Oversee menu development and drive sales via monthly promotions and events
• Ensure all standards, systems and legislation are met
