Qualifications

• Knowledge of education catering and using fresh ingredients.
• Excellent health and safety practices, Food Hygiene Level 2.
• Self-motivated with initiative and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Creative Menu Execution: preparing provided menus with craft skills.
• Safety Champion: ensure compliance with hygiene, allergen and safety standards.
• Hospitality Production: support high-quality hospitality requests for events.
• Building Connections: develop relationships with schools and students.
• Service with a Smile: provide friendly customer service to all.
