Qualifications

• Knowledge of education catering and school meals preferred.
• Experience using fresh ingredients in menu preparation.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menus and meals in line with provided menus.
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards across kitchens.
• Support hospitality requests for events and clients.
• Build relationships with school clients and students.
• Provide friendly customer service to staff and pupils.
