As a Catering Assistant, you will support our kitchen in basic food preparation and deliver excellent service to ensure the lunchtime rush runs smoothly, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Team player with ability to work in a busy school catering environment.
• Catering or fast-paced service experience.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 is a plus; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Working on the tills during service (training provided).
• Front-Line Service: Providing friendly, polite service to students and staff.
• Essential Support: Assisting the team with basic food preparation.
• Maintaining Standards: Ensuring a safe, clean kitchen and health & safety compliance.
