Job summary

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a Relief General Kitchen Assistant for Tondu Primary School. The role involves helping with the preparation, presentation and service of school meals, in a safe and clean environment. Training will be provided to obtain the Level Two Food Hygiene Certificate if needed.

Working hours are 10.00am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only, with cover at various schools across the County Borough. An Enhanced DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Assisting in the preparation, presentation and service of school meals.
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment for pupils and staff.
• Training available to obtain Level Two Food Hygiene Certificate if needed.
• Ability to cover multiple schools across the County Borough.
