Qualifications

• Previous experience of cleaning and supervising cleaning staff is essential.
• Ability to organise workloads, motivate colleagues and maintain high standards.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and monitor cleaning duties, supervise staff and ensure safe handling of products.
• Ensure cleaning activities meet schedules, COSHH and health and safety procedures.
• Provide practical support to the cleaning team as required.
