Job summary

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a Catering Assistant to join a friendly team on a part-time basis (5 hours per week). You will support the Cook in preparing meals, maintain high hygiene standards, and help with setting up and clearing away dining areas.

The role operates during term-time with an annualised pay scheme. The job includes flexible hours from Monday to Friday, 38 weeks per year, and a DBS check will be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities
