Caterlink is seeking a Relief Chef/Catering Manager to cover Colne and surrounding villages. The role is term-time only with no weekends and requires your own transport.

It is a mobile-based position with a pay of £16.00 per hour on a zero hours contract. • Experience of working in school kitchens.
• Level 2 in Catering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
• Ensure locations meet statutory and company Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures.
• Enhance Caterlink's reputation for excellent food and service with the client and customers, meeting expectations.
• Support day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including inventories and budgets.
