Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Relief Chef/Catering Manager to cover sites in Medway, Swanley and surrounding areas. This mobile role is term-time only, with 39 weeks per year and 30 hours per week, and requires your own transport.

You will prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards, ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety compliance, uphold the company’s reputation, and support daily running including supervising teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that our locations meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
