Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and operation of the nursery or preschool.

• Support curriculum planning, observations and developmental assessments.
• Promote inclusive practice and SEND support.
• Maintain staffing ratios and effective staff deployment.
• Drive nursery improvement planning and Ofsted readiness.
