Partou UK Limited is seeking a Nursery Manager for Shepherds Lane Day Nursery & Pre-school in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. This full-time, permanent role is 40 hours per week with a salary of £44,000.

You will lead a dedicated team, ensure a safe, inclusive environment and deliver EYFS‑aligned activities that support children’s learning and development, while building strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Maths GCSE.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.
