Job summary

South West Norse is seeking a Mobile Kitchen Manager to support sites across the Plymouth and Ivybridge region on a part-time basis. You will lead a small on-site team, deliver nutritious meals and manage dietary requirements with locally sourced ingredients in a school setting.

This role requires a driving licence and offers a structured schedule (Mon-Fri, 9:30am-2:30pm, term-time only) with a pro rata salary based on a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy kitchen and managing staff.
• Knowledge of menu development and costing for healthy meals.
• Relevant Food Hygiene qualification.
• Full Driving Licence is essential for this mobile role.

Responsibilities
