Caterlink is seeking a Relief Catering Manager to support schools in the Plymouth and Tavistock area, delivering nutritionally balanced and tasty meals. This term-time only role has no weekends, offering flexibility for candidates seeking part-time work.

You will prepare and present food to required standards, ensure health and safety compliance, supervise staff, manage inventories and budgets, and serve as the main client contact within the school.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards
• Ensure location meets Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation
• Maintain Caterlink reputation for excellent food and service and exceed client expectations
• Oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, manage inventories and budgets
• Main point of contact for the client in your school, implementing adjustments and improvements
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets
• Lead training and development, ensuring all training is completed and performance is managed
