Caterlink is recruiting a Chef to provide cover in the Bodmin area. This term-time only role runs 30 hours per week (Monday–Friday) with 46 weeks per year, and you must have your own transport as the role is mobile between sites.

The position focuses on preparing, cooking, and presenting meals to Caterlink and client standards while adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures. You will support with inventory, budgets, and action plans to ensure service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately and with integrity
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded.
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
