Job summary

Claires Court is seeking an experienced Minibus Driver to join the Estates Team in Maidenhead. You will transport pupils safely between home, school and activities, delivering calm, professional service during term-time hours 1:00pm–7:30pm, Monday to Friday.

The role requires a clean UK D1 PCV licence with Driver CPC and previous safe driving experience. A team-focused, flexible approach and safeguarding commitment are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid, clean UK driving licence with Category D1 entitlement and Driver CPC.
• Proven safe and confident driving experience.
• Good knowledge of UK Highway Code.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible with a team-focused mindset.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.

Responsibilities

• Drive school minibuses safely along allocated routes.
• Transport pupils to and from school and activities.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and report faults.
• Maintain punctual registers and transport records.
• Keep vehicles clean and presentable.
• Work with Estates Team to ensure smooth transport operations.
