AD TALENT RECRUITMENT is recruiting for a School Minibus Driver in Ascot to transport pupils safely between home and school on local routes. The role is permanent, part-time, and term-time with weekday shifts.

You will work 20 hours per week across 34 weeks per year, with shifts from early morning to late afternoon. The school provides full training, a uniform, and onsite parking as part of a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence required.
• Safe and considerate driving style.
• Strong spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Drive pupils safely on designated school routes.
• Complete daily passenger registers accurately.
• Follow collection and drop-off procedures.
• Plan routes around roadworks, delays, and diversions.
• Ensure seat belts are worn and promote safe behaviour.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, tyres, screen wash).
• Report safety, safeguarding or vehicle issues promptly.
