Job summary

Queen Elizabeth's Academy in Mansfield is recruiting Midday Supervisors to help keep our students safe and engaged at lunchtimes. You will supervise indoors and outdoors, support behaviour standards and help create a positive lunchtime experience.

Previous experience with children is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. This role is term-time only, 5 hours per week, with sessions 10:40–11:40 or 1:10–2:10, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and confident with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stay calm in a busy lunchtime environment.
• Experience with children is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in indoor and outdoor lunchtime areas.
• Help maintain a safe, clean and orderly lunchtime environment.
• Support the academy in upholding high standards of behaviour.
