Job summary

Queen Elizabeth’s Academy in Mansfield is seeking Midday Supervisors to join our team as soon as possible. You will supervise students during lunchtimes and help maintain a safe, orderly environment.

Previous experience in education is beneficial but not required; full training will be provided. Roles are term-time only, 5 hours per week, with options 10:40–11:40 or 13:10–14:10, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working with children or within an educational setting is advantageous.
• Full training will be provided.

Job description

Queen Elizabeth’s Academy has two fantastic opportunities for Midday Supervisors to join our team as soon as possible.

The role of Midday Supervisor is an important part of ensuring the safety, well-being and positive lunchtime experience of our students. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, approachable and confident, with a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm when working in a busy environment.

The successful candidates will supervise students in designated indoor and outdoor areas during lunchtime, help maintain a safe, clean and orderly environment, and support the academy in upholding high standards of behaviour at all times.

Previous experience of working with children or within an educational setting would be advantageous, but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

These are term-time-only positions for 5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. The hours available are either 10:40am to 11:40am or 1:10pm to 2:10pm each day. Candidates are asked to indicate their preferred working pattern when submitting their application.
