Job summary

Think for the Future is recruiting a School Inclusion Centre Manager in Nottinghamshire. This leadership role oversees an Inclusion Centre in a mainstream secondary school, focusing on behaviour systems, pupil engagement and safeguarding, with no curriculum planning.

You'll lead a small team, work 8:00am-4:30pm during 41 weeks of term-time, and drive improvements in attendance and outcomes while enjoying a strong work-life balance and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inclusion centres or similar role in a school setting.
• GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage a small team and build relationships with parents and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Inclusion Centre to ensure high-quality provision and positive pupil outcomes.
• Manage, support and motivate a small team with strong behaviour systems.
• Improve attendance, engagement and behaviour, reducing exclusions.
• Support pupils through targeted interventions and reintegration into mainstream or Post-16 destinations.
• Build effective relationships with parents, carers, school leaders and external agencies.
• Lead safeguarding within the centre and use data to drive continuous improvement.
