Job summary

Kinneil Primary School Early Learning and Childcare Class is seeking an enthusiastic Early Learning and Childcare Assistant to help provide high-quality play and lunchtime experiences for young children and their families.

The post is 16 hours, Monday to Thursday 11.00 am to 2.00 pm and Friday 10.30 am to 2.30 pm, term-time and permanent within Falkirk Council Children's Services, with salary adjusted for part-time and term-time work.

Qualifications

• PVG scheme membership required or to be maintained.
• Register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting.
• Gain SSSC registration within six months.
• Term-time 16-hour contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist in high-quality play and lunchtime experiences.
• Support children and families within the ELC setting.
• Contribute to a supportive and safe learning environment.
