Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as senior Chef, preferably in a school environment.

• Enhanced DBS with child workforce or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and a passion for healthy school meals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious, balanced meals for students and staff.
• Plan menus in line with school guidelines and dietary requirements.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Manage stock, orders, and minimise waste.
• Supervise kitchen assistants during service and support team.
