Job summary

Rosie & Jim’s Childcare – Anfield Pre-School, Liverpool, is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will provide high-quality care and learning opportunities within a supportive, inclusive environment.

The role focuses on EYFS-based activities, child development observation, and collaboration with families. Term-time, 40 hours per week, with safeguarding and ongoing professional development emphasis.

Qualifications

• Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.
• Safeguarding responsibilities when working with children.
• Be able to demonstrate experience with young children.
• Commitment to training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Create engaging learning opportunities based on individual interests.
• Observe and assess children and support next steps.
• Develop positive relationships with children and parents.
• Maintain records relating to development and wellbeing.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and company policies.
