Job summary

Bright Horizons Warrington is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team. You will plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering development and a lifelong love of learning in a safe, supportive environment.

Applicants should hold a full Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification and have a strong EYFS understanding and safeguarding knowledge. The role emphasises partnerships with parents and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

Qualifications

• Must hold full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to build trust and effective partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development toward milestones.
• Create a safe environment that encourages expression, exploration and a love of learning.
• Work collaboratively with the team and families to support child welfare and development.
