Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking a Childcare Setting Manager to lead Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4–11. You’ll manage a small team, coordinate with schools and families, and deliver a mix of sports, arts, games and structured play daily.

Split shift with mornings and afternoons, term-time only, and potential extra hours during Holiday Clubs and Lunchtime Cover. DBS checks apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with energy, kickstarting the day with games and sports.
• Lead after-school activities such as arts and crafts, team challenges, drama, and multi-sports.
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate and inclusive sessions that are fun.
• Manage and motivate your team to deliver high-quality care and play experiences.
• Communicate confidently with parents, your team, host school and central operations.
• Ensure health, safeguarding and company procedures are followed with confidence.
