Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking a Childcare Setting Manager to lead our Breakfast & After School Clubs and Holiday Clubs. You will oversee activities for children aged 4-11, manage a small team, and partner with schools and families to deliver safe, engaging, and enriching sessions.

This role is split shift during term time, with mornings and afternoons, and potential for additional hours during Holiday Club seasons. DBS and safeguarding checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading children's activities or clubs.
• Ability to manage a small team and coordinate with schools.

Responsabilités

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with energy and activities.
• Lead after-school activities such as arts & crafts, drama, and multi-sports.
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate, and inclusive sessions.
• Manage and motivate the team to deliver high-quality care and play.
• Communicate confidently with parents, host school, and central operations.
• Ensure health & safeguarding procedures are followed.
